The allowed size depends on the resource or channel used: "Send File" action in Flow: limit of 15MB (Documents, audio, images, and videos); Attaching files during service, including channels such as Online Chat and WhatsApp, for example: limit of 15MB; Shortcuts: allowed to attach files up to 15MB; Attaching files during an email service: Limit of 25MB; Triggers: you can attach images up to 4MB.
Automatic Distribution ensures a fair and balanced distribution of services among agents, even if they have different response times. Even if one agent is faster, the services are distributed sequentially, as if it were a queue. The only exception occurs if other agents reach a maximum number of services configured; in this case, the available agent will continue to receive services.
If you are a paying user of any Huggy plan and, for some reason, want to cancel the plan, know that this request can be made within the platform itself. To do this, access the Huggy platform, click on the Payments module > Cancellation. Then, click the blue Request Cancellation button and fill in the required information, and we will get in touch.
